Do you ever feel yourself getting overcome with anxiety and needing relief ? Do you wish there was a way to prevent this from happening? Well the truth is, everyone has certain techniques and tasks to keep them calm and grounded. In this blog post I will be listing a few of my anxiety Relief Tips in hopes of inspiring and helping some of you. Go out for a walk/Get some fresh air – A very simple one to start off with. This anxiety relief tip is easy for anyone. I enjoy going out for a walk for at least any hour everyday. I tend to split it up into two half an hour walks if it’s too hot or if I’ve got plans. So it’s extremely easy to work around. Where you go is also key. I tend to walk in more quiet and pretty areas where I can clear my head and relax.Read more
